DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total stay.
The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.

Unfortunately we can not offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airlines delays, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of god including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.

More than 45 days prior to arrival
Full refund minus an administrative fee of
US $100.00 per room.

45-21 days prior to arrival
50% of entire stay is non-refundable.

Within 20 days of arrival
No refund on entire stay.

GROUP, WEDDINGS, PEAK SEASON, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR BOOKINGS

180-90 days prior to arrival
50% of entire stay is non-refundable.

Within 90 days of arrival
No refund on entire stay.

HIGH SEASON - November 21th thru April 15th
SHOULDER SEASON - April 16th thru May 31st
LOW SEASON - June 1st thru November 20th

Christmas and New Years all-inclusive package December 22nd, 2009 thru January 2nd, 2010 only. Dives, all water-sport activities & mainland tours can be arranged on premises. Rates, packages, and policy subject to change without notice (until reservation has been confirmed and deposit has been received).
