7 Night Bubble South
For the ultimate in ‘group privacy’, we have created three ‘bubble zones’ within the Matachica property. Ideal for those traveling with large families or with friends who prefer to stick together, these three bubbles will enable your group to enjoy your own beach, dining area, boat, and pier areas and live in individual casitas clustered either to the south (13 rooms), the north (17 rooms) or our two luxury villas each with two rooms. We will also ensure that each zone has its own housekeepers, wait staff and captains, limiting the number of staff that will regularly interact with your group. A great way to enjoy a holiday on the beach in a hotel setting with hotel services and yet retain the privacy that is top of mind during the pandemic.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposits
To confirm your reservation, we require a 25% deposit.
Balance due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
May be made more than 45 days prior to arrival with a full refund of the deposit, less a 10% administration fee.
For cancellations made within 45 days of arrival, the payment will be counted toward a rescheduled stay within 24 months of the original stay dates minus a 50% cancellation fee of the initial deposit
No refund or credit for no-shows.
Please keep in mind that Matachica is a mature environment with a minimum age requirement of 16 years.
A 9% hotel tax and 12.5% sales tax included. 10% service charge will be added to the package rate.
