Let us prepare your fresh catch
Our captains will fillet your fish and deliver them fresh to our culinary team for storage or preparation. When you’re ready, simply inform your server how you’d like your fish prepared. Then, enjoy your freshly cooked meal in one of our open-air dining rooms overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

DEPOSITS
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit for your stay. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
May be made more than 45 days prior to arrival with a full refund of the deposit.
Within 45 days prior to arrival, the full stay is non-refundable and not subject to credit amount.
No refund or credit for no-shows.
Please keep in mind that Matachica is a mature environment with a minimum age requirement of 10 years (16+ at Matachica).
All rates are for one or two guests sharing the room.
